100% it's fair for the money spent but you're close to a lot most places closes by 10pm other's 2am. Awesome front desk... room was clean and bedding smelled very fresh and no rift raft hanging around...
The hall ceilings are saggy and water stained. You can hear every step of the people upstairs. Breakfast is a joke during the week: no juice, no creamer for coffee. There were only about a dozen instant oatmeal packs thrown out. TV screen didn't work. I'll never come back.
