The staff was extremely helpful in fixing our payment issue getting our reservation re done so I could use my card. My daughter said the pool was warm and it was clean and clear. We wish the hot tub was working. The bed was clean and comfortable it was a pleasant stay I would come back again

Front desk will charge extra for everything. I was told over the phone I could have an early check in, but upon arrival they wanted $50. The rooms were dirty and it looked like the bed was just made, not changed. The hallway reeked like weed and people would stand outside your room door as if they were listening . Pretty sketch. Breakfast is juice and a granola bar . Super 8 in lacey wa. front desk gentleman k.b. was very professional and polite. He went out of his way to help me with my bags taking them to my room. Top notch customer service skills great job k.b. should be recognized. My stay was awesome the room was clean and we'll stocked the housekeeping staff were very nice as well. I give the motel a 5 stars rating will come stay again soon. Thanks guys ☺️

I was overall displeased with my stay, but had some good interactions. I work in housekeeping so I have a different perspective and I acknowledge that, but I found the linens to not be up to standard. There was a stain on the flat sheet, no pillowcase protector on one of the three pillows and that pillow had a blood stain on it that was not from my husband or I. This was by far the dirtiest hotel room I've ever stayed at. The room smelled strongly of some deodorizer to cover up smoke. You could see the smoke dripping down the walls. The bathroom was the worst of it. It seemed like people might have been living on the first floor. Long-term stays, I guess idk. The rooms on the first floor had the windows open with no screens, and the bed was completely bare and stained to high heavens. They don't put any extra pillows on the beds.
