We recently booked 2 rooms for 2 nights. The staff was very friendly and able to accommodate our last minute request to have two rooms next to each other. The hotel is a little dated, but the rooms were clean and the pillows and beds were soft. They offer a free breakfast and the kids really enjoyed the pool. There is a restaurant that shares the parking lot and a gas station next to it, so very convenient. All in all would absolutely stay again. A Surprisingly Comfortable Stay with Outstanding Service! I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Super 8 and was genuinely impressed. The business was having problems with their water. Instead of just letting us find out. They went out of their way to call until I spoke with them. They offered to cancel the room but I said that it was okay. So they offered discounts. Which was very generous of them. I did the pre-check in process and when I arrived everything was waiting for me, I signed one paper and was on my way. My husband, son and dog enjoyed everything very much. We look forward to staying again. Thank you very much!

The rooms are very dated. While it was nice to have a king bed, it would have been better if it was not 20 plus yrs old. It felt like spring was coming up, and it creaked every time you moved. The shower as you ran it, the hot would go away. You had to turn off the shower and then back on. Window had no lock . The one nice thing was how helpful the people were at the front desk. And there is only one driveway for 2 hotels and 1 restaurant.

I had a great stay at the Super 8 in Lacey, thanks in large part to KB. He was incredibly helpful and efficient in resolving an issue I had – it was sorted out shortly! KB was always friendly and seemed genuinely invested in making sure guests had a good experience. I really appreciated his positive attitude and dedication. Overall, KB's service made my stay at the Super 8 a positive one.
