Our room smelled highly of mold!! Our dogs bed actually soaked up water from the floor. We heard the week prior to our stay, that there was flooding in the area. Least they could have done was put us in an upstairs room!
We payed for a non smoking room some one had covered the smoke alarm up with a plastic bag the room was heavily covered in smoke on the bedding and our clothes the property is very dated not in good shape. I spoke to manger owner he was very rude and aggressive I think he needs some training he looks very tired and stressed with all the complaints. It was fine
Young lady working the front desk bold faced lied to me about not having parking for a truck and trailer when they have a big gravel lot next to their hotel. I don’t appreciate being lied to and can’t make sense of why.
Husband fell in the tub/no grab bars. I got bites in the night from something. Huge welts & itchy for days. They put us in a dog dungeon & It was nasty with the walls dirty from past dogs. Terrible musty odor.
