Regarding my one night stay on August 3rd, 2025 - I'm requesting a complete refund as the shower did NOT work, the shower did not drain. Horrible smell in entrance to room 120, appeared to be some cleaning chemicals to kill some other odors! I went to front desk to complain and ask for another room, but clerk said no other rooms were available and he gave me a spray bottle of “Odor Control Fogger” to use. Smell did NOT dissipate for entire stay, I have photographs of shower not draining and stains in carpet entrance. I conta... read more
