Due to staff shortages, the pharmacy has changed their operating hours and the drive-thru is currently closed. This makes it extremely difficult for elderly and disabled individuals who are unable to go inside the store to pick up their prescriptions.
This pharamacy has the worst customer service I've ever seen. My father-in-law gets his prescriptions here monthly,he is on a fixed income and no vehicle and lives 30 miles away! Everytime he calls for a script,he's told when he can pick it up and when he arrives Ms. CARPENTER tells him he has to come back the next day. This woman is very rude and doesn't need to be handling anything pertaining to customer service. Terrible service over the last 6 months. 30 minutes to 60 minutes every time in the drive through. Shorted medicine multiple times now and nothing seems to be done about it. Getting worse everyday.
The most rude 2 pharmacist I have ever met, refused to take a good rx coupon until goodrx called them, one was named stacy, I would not go there for any reason, she should be fired because of her behavior
