Twice I’ve gone to pickup a prescription and was told to go to the other Walgreens across the street. When I go to that one they say no it’s at the super one Walgreens, I go back and magically they have it the second time. It was aggravating the first time, but ridiculous it’s happened more than once. They also told me they aren’t allowed to give injections at that location and wanted to just give me the vaccine and needle!!! Terrible customer service
The girl waiting on customers is not knowledgeable. Waited in line forever to tell me my meds weren’t ready. They were supposed to be ready a week ago. Then I call it in again and they are working on it. Ridiculous! Good thing I wasn’t sick! Over-heard the same story from a customer in front of me needing her diabetes meds that she had ordered last month! Horrible service from this place since Walgreens took over.
