Do not recommend - rude and unhelpful customer service (Dan). Takes forever to get any response from them.

We had a fob system and security system installed in late 2022 and the system overall worked fine. However the customer service following up was nothing short of appalling. The service email address sends back an automatic reply, and then if you are lucky someone will contact you within a week or two. The phone help line appears to be completely unstaffed. But if you do get someone to answer they hum and ha and are generally rude and unhelpful.

Supatech (formerly Epsilon Security) installed a dozen or so cameras in our building, and for the most part, these have been working well. A few months back a camera feed went down in the car hoist. In December, the hoist had to be put out of service for the technician to check it out, so we managed to sync up the visit from Supatech with a hoist maintenance visit by our hoist contractor. Absolutely disgusting rude customer service, and tech was late to the scheduled time. Label your job number or get a job done on your gangrenous chunk of fat in your skull, could smell it through my phone.
