Less than a year old and there is a massive hole in one of the mats. Approached customer service who say it is wear and tear so lump it. The supposed 1 year warranty clearly doesn’t cover poor quality production. When you reply to their initial reply you get a no reply email so they are hiding behind that wall meaning you can’t resolve anything. They did offer to send out another one, IF I PAY FOR IT! $190 a year for floor mats. I don’t think so!
