Simply put, a perfect service from beginning to end - Arranged to have an assesment for my aircon not working, happily turned up to my workplace to complete this. A very thorough analysis revealed that i needed a new condenser and went through every step of the analysis. I can’t recommend George enough! He came out to repair my air con and did an outstanding job from start to finish. He quickly identified the issue, replaced the necessary part, carried out the re-gas, and explained everything clearly along the way so I understood exactly what was being done. Diagnosed leak and replaced condenser, excellent service all round, thank you.
After getting a fairly high quote for a condenser replacement elsewhere, I contacted George for a quote. He was super clear with the quote detailing what the quote included, which was a reasonable price and £175 below the other quote I had received! We agreed on it and George requested 50% of the cost upfront in order to order the necessary parts as well as booking the slot for the job, which I was a bit unsure about to be honest, but it made sense so I proceeded with it and a slot was booked. 100% I would use George again. I did a google search and reached out to George given the 5 star reviews he had. He wasn’t able to pick up but messaged me back in the evening (due to repairs he was carrying out). He managed to repair the AC with short notice, identify what the problem was by carrying out a full diagnostic. He explained what he was doing and why, throughout the repair. It was 30c on the day so grateful that he was able to fix the issue. Very professional thanks George!!
