Friendly, helpful, proactive, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. Great workmanship. Highly recommended. They did a huge (over 40 items) list of Warranty repairs on our brand new Jayco van. Did all the communications with Jayco on our behalf. Plus cost effective, secure caravan storage. Couldn't fault them on any aspect. Thanks for all your help.
Callum,was fantastic,i needed a new locking Cap for fresh water infill.Rang around everywhere but i try to support local business.He sent me a photo of one he had n when i showed up he gave it to me to check against my vehicle.I could of jumped in my bus n knicked off with it.Anyway i know they make bugger all on those parts.Great service 5star.
Great friendly service. Identified and fixed issues with our van promptly. Took up warrantee issues with the manufacturer and supported us through the process.
I was not happy with the way I was given a price only after I had left the van on site This a standard procedure and the price was sent to me five minutes after leaving so no inspection was carried out. I would not have left the van there if I had been given the price prior I would not use you again
Workmanship was high quality, Callum did all the claims with Jayco, which means I didn't have to, & kept me informed of the progress, so thanks guys.
