Had my Motorhome here for an insurance claim. A plastic rear moulding and some stickers were to be repaired. Almost 2 years later in fact only 2 weeks off 2 years the insurance company had to have the Motorhome removed by tow truck from them to get it out of there. So many lies and completion dates that never eventuated . It was bad service, poor workmanship and lie after lie. It now has to go to another repairer to fix what they did. Annual check for caravan. Brakes and bearings ok. Battery needs replacing as expected as van stored for a few years. Next trip organised and ready to roll.
Great communication, went above and beyond to get the work done and van fixed in time for me to get the van back and head away on our family holiday! They even serviced it before I picked it up.
