Vacuums for membership work half the time. Had My membership months before they were working. I was given no credit. I sent several emails and was patient until they were working. Now I can only use one car for my 10 washings. This was not the original membership!! They brushless wash has been down on several occasions. Now I can not get into my app to cancel the membership.
Change machines need repair
With the emerge of touch less carwashes popping up of late, I still enjoy washing our newer cars myself. However, they also have a drive thru.
