I live a mile from this place And come here religiously, but the past few times that I’ve came here. The machines have ate my money without or they have charged my card for triple the amount that it says it pre approved for.
Vacuums for membership work half the time. Had My membership months before they were working. I was given no credit. I sent several emails and was patient until they were working. Now I can only use one car for my 10 washings. This was not the original membership!! They brushless wash has been down on several occasions. Now I can not get into my app to cancel the membership.
Change machines need repair
With the emerge of touch less carwashes popping up of late, I still enjoy washing our newer cars myself. However, they also have a drive thru.
