Our renovation ran six years late, they tried to get us to pay for variations which were entirely their fault, installed every weatherboard not to the building code, caused gas leaks, sewerage leaks, flooded the house and we had to replace the Victorian Ash floor with yellow tongue and our four year old kitchen, had to redo all the wet areas which took 18 months of negotiation even though it was clearly their fault, had four site supervisors removed and other staff sacked due to illegal practices, We used an inspector they r... read more
Extremely happy with the second storey extension to our villa unit that Supa Group did! We were so impressed that Supa Group finished 78 days ahead of contract. Also found their communication to be excellent throughout the planning process and the actual build. There were no significant variations on the original quote. We also appreciated that the quote we received was very detailed (so no surprises later on). Would very much recommend to anyone looking to do an extension!
We had been talking about renovating our bathroom since before COVID, however in mid 2024 decided to think about a bigger reno. Has no trade experience, needs to go and get an apprenticeship done
We did a second floor extension on our battle axe home in 2023, and were very grateful for the patience of the team. While there were a few hiccups along the way, the team was calm and professional in sorting the issues out. Two years on; and Director Neil has been keeping close watch of whether any maintenance needs to be done. Even though we didn’t kick up a big fuss about the finishing of our laundry chute a year ago, Neil saw to it that the finishing got tidied up nicely. Thanks SupGroup!
