THIRD of the Kei Concept restaurants I've tried and yet AGAIN, I'm very impressed. My wife and I got on the Yelp waitlist (highly recommended) with about 10 minutes from the restaurant and it was such a graceful decision as we only waited a mere 2 minutes as we arrived and checked in with the staff. There's outdoor seating with heat lamps and a nice roof patio but I'd say interior is plentiful nicer with their holiday decorations. One of my favorite pho noodles! Generous portions. Great taste. And very friendly staff.
My family had dinner here and paid around $99, including tax and tip. I clearly remember the total was right under $100, and I didn't keep the receipt. However, the next day I found out that $106 had been charged to my card. The server basically added around $6 to the tip on their own. This used to be one of my favorite restaurants, but I was extremely disappointed and upset by this experience. I won’t be coming back.
