Absolute gem of a place. I am always, always restored after a couple hours here. I spoil myself with the traditional sauna and alternate between this and the cold plunge, then I (more often than not) fall serenely asleep in the halotherapy room. I won't tell you all the complimentary things the staff here do, I will let you delight in the surprise of their tender generosity! Thank You for how you have restored not only my body, but my spirit, Suola.

Upscale spa featuring luxurious sauna, plunge pool and salt spa. Staff knows how to pamper their guests and meet their every need. Very relaxing!
Suola Spa is a great place to take a moment in time for your health and well being. I go to the sauna and cold plunge once a week, it has done so much for my health and mindfulness.
