As a longtime patient of THP center, back before the pool broke (iykyk), I was encouraged then quickly discouraged when I went there for my 1st appt in years. The intake person downstairs was so unbothered by much that she always took her sweet time to check folks in, making the line SUPER late! The sad part is, there is an additional intake counter upstairs that hasn't been "manned" since right after the pool broke because of the scramble to rearrange consumers aquatic physical therapy needs ASAP! I want to give 5 because my quarrel is not with the therapy staff, but the intake - i cannot get a hold of anyone, and I never ever get a call back, ever. I don't know what else to do, but your best bet is to drive down and make an appointment in person because you will not get ahold of anyone not a call back from the IHP front desk.
They NEVER. answer the phone!!
I went for a evaluation and need to wait 6 weeks to be seen not fried Boy parking as a stroke patient I should not have to wait this long
Been on hold 50 minutes to schedule appointments for my son.
