I want to give 5 because my quarrel is not with the therapy staff, but the intake - i cannot get a hold of anyone, and I never ever get a call back, ever. I don't know what else to do, but your best bet is to drive down and make an appointment in person because you will not get ahold of anyone not a call back from the IHP front desk.
They NEVER. answer the phone!!
I went for a evaluation and need to wait 6 weeks to be seen not fried Boy parking as a stroke patient I should not have to wait this long
Been on hold 50 minutes to schedule appointments for my son.
Great physical therapy experience all around. Knowledgeable and caring staff, and nice facility. I recommend this place for sure.
