I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction and concern regarding a serious breach of patient privacy I experienced at your Urgent Care facility on 1/25/25. I brought my child to the Urgent Care and was provided a clipboard with registration forms. The very first page contained my full name, address, and my complete Social Security Number, all clearly visible. This complete lack of privacy is unacceptable. Dharana lama is the worst. Extremely unprofessional, awful bedside manner, and worst of all, she has terrible hygiene. You couldn’t pay me to go back here employing people like that. Disgusting
DO NOT GO TO THIS EMERGENCY ROOM I REPEAT DO NOT GO. THE WAIT TIME IS FOR HOURS THEY LITERALLY DONT CARE WHAT SITUATION U GOT, PEOPLE IN HERE WALK AROUND LIKE THEY IN VACATION THIS WILL BE MY FIRST AND LAST EXPERIENCE THANK YOU.
