Your team was helpful and and responsive. That is until the sale was made. Since the installation I've asked the same two questions relatively with vary little response from your representatives. On top of that we have missed two days of work because inspection no shows. Absolutely no follow through. Only hole I never have a problem. I can only assume you're 25 year warranty is as useless as your team for the past month and a half. Full of crap.
