To anyone who would like a very good plumber who will go the extra Mile (kilometer) then "Sunworks Eco Plumbing" is for you. After 10 days without hot water Joe offered to arrange a loan of an 80L plugin electric hot water. Joe did a wonderful job in replacing the Heat Pump. Thankyou Joe.

Joe is a talented and persistent troubleshooter and has fixed a couple of tricky heat pump failures for me, saving me thousands in replacement costs. He’s patient and thorough, researching old manuals for my obsolete heat pump and figuring out how to fix the wiring and tank to get it up and running again. Highly recommend him for any plumbing/technical job.
Joe (Sunworks Eco Plumbing) did a great job on the installation of my new Sanden heat pump. I'd had a few questions prior to confirming the job and his response was prompt and helpful. Joe also promptly processed the rebate documentation once the installation was completed. A high quality job, clean work site once job completed and he helped me set up the wifi controller after installation to ensure that was working correctly. He's also really knowledgeable about heat pumps. Last but not least, he's a pleasure to work with.
