Joe is fantastic! He is prompt and trustworthy. He's done an excellent job on fixing our hydronic heating and we're happy to keep using and recommending him.
Joe did all the plumbing for our off-grid house and absolutely nailed it. Everything was done super neatly and professionally, from the water setup and pump to installing our gas appliances. He really knows his stuff, especially when it comes to environmentally friendly plumbing solutions, which was a big plus for us. It’s clear he takes pride in doing the job right the first time. He's just a genuine, easygoing guy who I’d highly recommend and will continue to use in the future!
When our (old) heat pump failed in our Surf Coast town, Joe came out very quickly, going out of his way and working late to do so. He thoroughly assist our problem and made recommendations, explaining the options clearly. He finished the job very quickly and at a very reasonable price. I recommend him for any heat pump hot water system specification, installation or replacement.
To anyone who would like a very good plumber who will go the extra Mile (kilometer) then "Sunworks Eco Plumbing" is for you. After 10 days without hot water Joe offered to arrange a loan of an 80L plugin electric hot water. Joe did a wonderful job in replacing the Heat Pump. Thankyou Joe.
