5 out of 5 review, the electricians were fantastic, and did an amazing, this is the second time I have had them around and im still impressed with there workmanship. Highly recommended
Worst experience i have had with a "local" company, all calls get routed to a overseas call centre, when you do speak to the office, you just get hung up on repeatedly. Passive aggressive emails demanding payment in full prior the the system being activated, we payed in full $20k worth and didn't receive full installation. Installation was only completed after beginning to involve my lawyer. DO NOT USE SUNWISE Technicians did a great install though. And were the only genuinely decent part of the whole experience.
Edit - Unfortunately I've had to test the final level of this business, warranty. I've contacted them 3 times now and with the last 2 I've had to re explain the issue. I'll keep you updated but for now I'm removing a star. Every level of this job was top notch. Getting and adjusting quotes, contracting, communicating regarding installation, only 4 days from contract to installation, very professional and easy going bunch of installers; were all excellent.
