Typical Whetherford crap, unprofessional, untrustworthy. Made an appointment to have 1 window tinted after break-in at 8am. I get there and they say the specialist is injured but nobody had my phone number to tell me this...obviously no message!!! I get there early and wait. After 8 I go in and am met someone who says I should fill in a form - no chair with a desk - filled out form then she comes and tells me the story, I should have received a phone call. very slow,color off,things disappear from your vehicle. rep takes too long to respond to your massages.
I've brought my Mini Cooper to Weatherford Collision twice in the last year. Both times, their service was excellent. Their techs did a fantastic job making my car whole again. Alicia is very kind and understanding, and did everything she could to help me along the way with the insurance process.
Excellent service and communication! Hats off to Steven Li and Inn Roe Lee. Great job done by them and their team!
