My Ford Explorer showed alert for key fob battery being low. I went by Sunwest True Value, as I noted on my last trip they offer changing batteries and new key fobs. A young man greeted me at the hardware counter, stated he would get someone who could help. Rick was tagged in to assist me. Rick noted right away that Ford is a difficult one, brought back a new set of batteries.
