The store is trying to accuse me of damaging their U-Haul when I checked in with the rep, who verified the vehicle and issued me a final receipt with no mention of damage. The owner refuses to return my calls now. They altered my receipt 2 days later, made up a time and date of an “accident” and made up a story that I backed into something. WAS my go to place for small tools, nuts & screws, paint, etc. Rude employees and waiting longer than necessary for simple services tells me to take my business elsewhere.
The entire staff are the friendliest and generally have what you need or will get it for if they are able. I don't shop at any other hardware stores. Rich
