Last Friday I purchased several items for a total of $78 worth of cleaning supplies and had a bad experience returning two items. I just received a voicemail from Steve the owner. He politely apologized for the way in which I was treated. An apology was all I was ever after. I will be a return customer after some time has passed. Thank you for acknowledging my original post. As you can see I upgraded to a 3 rating. As a consumer this seemed the only way to express my dissatisfaction. I really did appreciate your apology.
