Good place to get hard to find parts and nuts and bolts. Staff is very knowledgeable
Called the store. Rap music on hold. No cordless phone- LMFAO. He had to keep running back to to the isle. Dumest guy in a really outdated hardware store. It's 2026 not 1926.

My Ford Explorer showed alert for key fob battery being low. I went by Sunwest True Value, as I noted on my last trip they offer changing batteries and new key fobs. A young man greeted me at the hardware counter, stated he would get someone who could help. Rick was tagged in to assist me. Rick noted right away that Ford is a difficult one, brought back a new set of batteries.
