⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had an unexpected propane leak while traveling through Courtenay, and stopped by Sunwest RV Centre hoping for help. Despite being fully booked, Eric (the manager) and Jamie (the lead technician) went above and beyond to assist us immediately. Their professionalism, kindness, and efficiency were outstanding—we were back on the road in under an hour! Huge thanks to the Sunwest RV centre team for turning a stressful situation into a smooth experience. Highly recommend!!!
I took our recently purchased Gulf Stream Class C motorhome to Sunwest RV to have factory roof issues resolved after having no luck with the dealership I purchased it new from last year. From the first time I went there, Erik went out of his way to help me obtain factory warranty work. I have brought Rv’s and trailers to sun west to be repaired and maintained and have received amazing service. Eric at the front desk deserves a raise the techs in the back are awesome thanks for keeping us camping and hauling
We had some seasonal work done, and a rather tricky fix of a shower door. All done very well! Recommend them for any RV fixes.
