From the very beginning we had a problem, Jacob ordered the wrong quartz material, didn’t install shower seat, or instal our 2nd bathrooms Quartz. Unfortunately the job was paid in full, (mistake) since then we have had nothing but problems getting the job finished. It’s been months (at least 4) and we still can not get the job completed, we get excuse after excuse, dates of Install with of course not ever installing, excuses from wrong Quartz material AGAIN, to not done fabricating to losing templates for sinks. I have only good things to say about Jacob. He did such a great job on my parents' kitchen that they had him come back to do their bathrooms too. They referred my uncle to him, and a family friend. (Their kitchens also look great.) When it came time for him to do MY kitchen, he was a pleasure to work with from the beginning. He helped me pick out the granite within budget and came to my house personally to take measurements and give an accurate estimate.
