I've been working with Sunwest Pharmacy for years in several Assisted Living homes, lately is a disaster. Physicians call in with prescriptions, the technician saying it's not there, and I have to call again....it's a nightmare!!! Just today, an new insulin order for my resident received 20 hours ago, not being processed.... the list is too long! Very disappointed.

I've been using Sunwest for years. I remember the first few years were great, but the last year has been riddled with mistakes. Maybe covid is the issue...I don't know. All I'm sure of is I have had to call them every month for the last year or more to remind them to refill one or more of my medications. As much as I hate change I'm going to try OptumRx as my insurance company suggested.

Although the goods are not generic, they are still very affordable. I was overjoyed that they had the medication I needed and a pain reliever that made my body feel better. This pharmacy is one that I would suggest.

I have been working in Behavioral Health/Mental Health field for the past 7-8 years & when I opened my own Outpatient Treatment Center I knew I would have to use SunWest LTC. They are super great with communication, helpful, offer free delivery, easy to use bubble paks & always figure out how to find the cheapest price. Also, Tina is a wizard and always gets the best prices and services for all of our clients. I’d give them a 5/5 on all accounts!
