Called this morning looking for parts. They didn't have what I needed due to Thetford discontinuing and limited supply of parts for my model, but the person I spoke with was super helpful explaining the situation, and providing diy options to fix my current parts. Thank you very much for your help!
Stuck with broken water pump... Mike and Joe were extremely helpful: replaced water pump in a timely manner. Very professional and highly recommended.
Wir hatten ein Problem mit dem Kühlschrank im RV. Telefonisch wurde uns gesagt Mike soll sich das Problem ansehen. Mike und Joe sind sehr nett und haben das Problem gelöst, es war eine kaputte Glassicherung an einer Stelle, KOPFSCHÜTTELN!!!!, was haben sich Konstrukteure dabei nur gedacht. Jedenfalls haben die beiden helfen können. Danke
I spoke to Mike on the phone and as they were too busy to get me in to look at my rv, he asked me some questions and was able to correctly diagnose my issue (clogged catalytic converter) and referred me to a shop that addressed the issue. It’s unusual these days to find someone who cares and is happy to help even when they’ll make no money by doing so. I’m eternally grateful for this kindness. I highly recommend this shop! Thanks Mike
