Great little efficiency units in a tiny 4 unit property (that I found on Google Maps when checking out a nearby rental). Fairly new interiors with great kitchen and decent furniture. On a busy road, but not too noisy at night. Good deal for the price. Many restaurants nearby -- some walkable -- short drive to Siesta Village and downtown Sarasota. Great location. Very close to everything and beach. Located in a beautiful neighborhood. Property was clean and had everything you need. Manager was responsive. Highly recommend it.
I visited this establishment to see about having my family flew down for 2 weeks and stay here after noticing that the staff was grossly and ignorance by threatening a woman waiting at a bus stop who was standing on there property to get out of the scorching sun , the management even threatened to call the police .This isn't somewhere I want my 87 year old grandmother to stay at .
