Very disappointed. I asked for medicated lozenges and was instead offered a throat spray which the staff informed me was good for bacterial throat infection. Turns out upon researching on Google, it was an OTC herbal supplement without proven medical benefits (Collodial silver is not proven to help). Also at counter they spent 2-3 minutes trying to upsell other random items from soap to moisturiser. I feel scammed. AVOID this place and go to Caring instead.
