I had bad experience here. The staff here is not knowledgeable. I bought a rehab product recommended by the staff. That product can't be tested (size) on the spot. But too bad the size not fit into me. I called at the same day and asked for exchange size or other brand. The staff agreed and I took my time went back the next day. However, my request was declined. The product cost almost RM 200. Can't be exchange or refunded not a main issue but the wrong information given make me a bit pissoff.
