I am very satisfied with the service at this pharmacy. The staff are friendly, efficient, and always provide clear explanations. The process of getting medicine is very fast, with almost no waiting time. Their response is also quick – everything feels smooth and easy. Truly excellent service and highly recommended!
I’ve always liked this store because I can collect Sunway App points as a Sunway Group staff. However, my recent experience was disappointing and frankly unacceptable. The cashier I dealt with — an Indian lady with glasses — was extremely unprofessional. When I asked a few questions about pricing, she rolled her eyes and acted as though I was being a nuisance.
