Came here on 27th May 26 around around 7pm. I went straight to the pharmacy counter because I wanted to buy a medicine. As I approached, the lady at the counter already showing annoyed face, like she's not in the mood, absolutely no smile no greetings. Yet, I still asked politely "how much is Tidact?" And the staff didn't answer instead asked me twice how many do I want. Like what's your problem? 1st you're not answering my question and then you're pushing me to buy more than one? Good service and affordable pricing in store.
Was greeted warmly by a male staff when I first stepped into the pharmacy. After I pointed my freshly wounded knee to him, he quickly offered me a seat and together with a kind lady pharmacist immediately sprang into action to help me with picking up medical supplies and dressings for my wounded knee. They even assisted with dressing up the wound and gave calm assurances. I am grateful for their kind and compassionate gestures. Without doubt the friendly and kind staff made my day despite the pain I suffered from the wound.
