Very reliable and professional and friendly drivers!
2 years in a row, busses have broken down with 5th graders from an Horry County school. Learn to do some preventive maitainence. So unsatisfactory. They should get ZERO stars.
0 STARS My 10 year old and her class are currently stuck on the side of the road in Jacksonville Florida thanks to sunway charters! The ride down to Florida was spent with only the front half of the bus having air conditioning. And they’re stuck at a rest stop now waiting for replacement buses to come help them. No stars! So disappointed! My baby should be 2 hours from home not 7! And definitely not STUCK AT A REST AREA AT 9 pm!!!!!!
We love Sunway Charters! We use them for every long-distance school trip. Professional and trustworthy!! Ivan is our very favorite motor coach driver!!!
The buses have big windows allowing everyone a clear view. The drivers are polite and helpful to the passengers. Every request, if possible, was satisfactorily completed. Because of Sunway, my groups had a very happy trip to Myrtle Beach.
