DO NOT BUILD WITH SUN VISTA!!!!!! I HAVE OVER 3,000 PHOTOS OF POOR CRAFTMANSHIP, A $40K BILL TO HAVE IT ALL RE DONE BY SOMEONE WHO KNOWS WHAT THEYRE DOING IN ORDER TO SELL OUR HOME. THIS WAS JUST THE START OF IT. CONTACT ME IF YOU WOULD LIKE ALL THE PROOF (PHOTOS AND THEIR EMAIL COMMINICATION). I WOULD HATE FOR ANY ONE ELSE TO BE HEART BROKEN LIKE WE WERE.
Hi Just want to thank Kate for leading me through my journey with my first build and being very responsive with communication, I’m very happy and grateful with my new home , being in the construction game my self I know things never go smoothly and when it come to inspection time you will always find something , with the defects I found they were sorted straight away , thank you kate and the sunvista team , very happy 😃 Karl
Communication was shocking the whole process. We werent informed the ovens were stolen and were told an elaborate lie about being damaged in a train accident. The quality of the build is poor as well. Now dealing with issues from poor quality build. We also werent informed the garage needs to be serviced annually to avoid the warranty being voided. This is just to name a few issues. Only real positive is that it was actually built.
Now this isn’t even a quarter of my review but at this point I have run out of energy dealing with this company. We moved into our house in May 2022. Handover was booked and ready to go. Upon my partners arrival for our booked handover the site supervisor was still doing things (installing clothes line). The bricks were not clean and there was rubbish and mess in all the cupboards (like seriously, they knew we were driving up from Sydney in a truck it wouldn’t have hurt to delay a week to get all the finishing touches comple... read more
Poor communication, no ownership for mistakes/faults - please avoid this builder at all cost. During our build we had that many issues with Sunvista Homes that I would be writing a list for days if I was to put everything down. To top it all off they don't even follow up with you regarding your 12 month warranty inspection date and conveniently lock you out of their portal once they are done with you and hand the house over. This builder honestly deserves 0 stars.
