This has been, without question, the worst experience I've ever had buying a new home. From a dishwasher catching fire, water leaking through the front door when it rains, squeaky floors, and eavestroughs leaking all around the house, to constant electrical problems that trip the breakers and make it impossible to even watch TV. On top of that, there are loud banging noises in the ducts every time the furnace kicks in—and to make matters worse, the kitchen flooded after the Sunview team “repaired” the dishwasher. Beautiful show home. The sales people are friendly to work with and happy to answer questions. Love this floor plan here in South Shore, especially the master bath! Gorgeous!
