By far the worst experience I've ever had buying a new home. From a dishwasher catching fire, water leaking through the front door when it rains, squeaky floors, and eavestroughs leaking everywhere, to constant power issues that make it impossible to even watch TV because the breakers keep tripping—everything that could possibly go wrong in a new house has gone wrong. I love this showhome. The home is impressed with high quality exterior finishing and inside the open to below design that added a sense of grandeur and openness. The craftsmanship was evident in the precise finishes and premium materials used throughout, from the hardwood floors to the modern kitchen fixtures."Â
