They have accused me of smoking in my unit. This was their evidence and believe it or not the 1 picture was taken in the community room. When I called to report my findings with Kari she 1st said it was a shadow then she said the walls are dirty they have not been washed for years. Something funny is going on inside that building. I did do a home mold test and it showed something but they will not correct the issue.
