The information that Dr Alexander gave me was very helpful and she was on point with what I was thinking.
Dr. Alexander is willing to listen to patient concerns and answer questions. I have never had to wait for a referral or test result to be put into MyChart. She and her staff are efficient without losing kindness toward patients in the process. KP communication system technology is frustrating and unreliable, though.
