Just wanted to put this out there. Suntrust mortgage is by far the worst mortgage company I have even had the displeasure of dealing with. I am currently looking to refinance, just to get out, and am willing to even pay a higher interest rate to get away from these people. The customer service is terrible, and if there were an option for half a star or less, that is what they would get.
