I had a very nice loan processor that worked tirelessly to process my loan for the underwriter to decline the loan. We jumped through every hoop the underwriter requested for 5 months. I paid out $ 3,415 for inspections, and work on the property. I spent endless hours on paperwork. After 5 extensions I received a congratulations letter and final closing date.
