There were no customers at the branch office. All employees were doing some desk work. Then I was told that for a 10-minute notary I was supposed to have an appointment, wait an hour, or come back later that day. I had a similar experience in this branch a few years ago. And my friend who drove me also had a very negative experience at this branch office. I thought a bank is there to serve its customers, and I am a very long-time customer, but not at this place.

I went to this branch to open a business account, and I was asked to show a lease agreement to my office address and other documents, so I walked out and went to another bank and opened a business account in 30 minutes any information that the bank needed they went online and looked it up because the business is registered with the secretary of state
Avoid this branch. I’ve been a Wells Fargo customer for over 15 years with a spotless record—no bounced checks, no fraud, no issues—and this is by far the worst banking experience I’ve ever had. I see that Nadine G has had a similar experience at this branch. Second person who complains about charge of fraud being brought against customers while doing a transaction. Shame!
I was going to make a wire transfer from this bank. This institution is so unprofessional and so unfriendly. While sitting down with the banker, she accused my husband and myself of being involved in a fraudulent wire transfer in the past. It was unbelievable! This isnt about the experience, it’s about the new hours. I used to do all banking Saturday. Now they are closed Saturdays. Went at 5:30 pm and they are closed. Seriously, you do know people work and traffic in San Jose, if your going to close Saturday stay open till 6 pm weekdays. What a disappointment. You make 25 BILLION with B and you cant stay open an extra hour for your customers. All you care about is your bottom line… What a joke…..

The worst experience I've ever had was at this place. If you don't want to be disrespected and treated badly, don't go to this bank.
