Ashley at this location was very rude and unprofessional to me, I understand that I was incorrect but the way she corrected me was condescending and unprofessional. I came in with an endorsed check from my father and to cash, she let me know that I would need my father with me. Ashley at the Kernersville branch: rude, petty (no...not PRETTY...but PETTY, and unprofessional. In one week she was rude to my daughter, then rude to both my daughter and I. Glad I don't bank at SunTrust. Recommended to my daughter that she find a new bank. No excuse for Ashley's behavior.
