I waited over an hour to have a document notarized. Since the merger with bb&t the customer service and want times at the Lehigh Acres branch are so bad that I will be changing banks after being a Suntrust customer for 17 years.
Been banking here for about 8 years. Great customer service. They are always ready to help and go the extra mile.
ATM is never working. Just like everything else in Lehigh it just sucks. Burn it to the ground
