Horrible customer service. Definitely one of the worst banking experiences I ever experienced, was very happy to close my account. Would recommend going to a different branch if staying with the bank.
We went to Suntrust to inquire about a HELOC. We were told that they were running a 3.99% special. After applying and having a hard pull on our credit we were told that we only qualified for a 4.99% rate. Our loan officer at the branch was very helpful. However, we were told that the offer we accepted was not what we would actually be getting. I would not recommend Suntrust. This is our first dealings with them and we’re not a fan of the predatory lending tactics their business model employs.
Nice tellers but seriously I just sat in the drive thru for 22 min with only 1 car ahead of me and they were helping them already .So I suggest u get more employees on drive thru especially on a Friday night thxs
