It's a quick service.
Dealing with SunTrust investment services to surrender a UTMA account to the beneficiary has been an utter nightmare and wasted over 40+ hours of my time and since December 2020 and still unresolved. The right arm does not know what the left arm is doing in the brain is not attached to either. I guess it’s time to involve an attorney and try to recover damages from time wasted.
