As you can see, most of the reviews you read in regards to this place are horrible!!! That's is because it's TRUE!!!! THIS PLACE HAS THE WORST BANK SERVICE OUT THERE!! This is the main reason why I switched banks and am now very satisfied where I'm at, thank You Bank Of America!!! Getting information from the personnel at this branch is like pulling teeth without numbing medication, and yet have the audacity to keep calm through the bumpy transaction! The staff there was extremely friendly, helpful and professional. I was helped immediately.
Went to get a temporary debit card using my ID. Took almost an hour to give me a card (kept making me wait) Went to the store and atm and card did not work. Went back and the lady told me she didn’t know why it wasn’t working and it should work the next day. CARD NEVER WORKED. Told me I could not get any cash out of my account. Took a WEEK to access my money. WORST BANK and customer service EVER. I can not wait to switch banks ! The worst customer service it took me 30 minutes to make a deposit of $200. Hey guys don’t even think about it to stop by.
ATM never works when I need it. Also Zelle is a waste of my time.
