Gave one star because there is no zero option. This location has been drive through only for over a year which is ridiculous. They are always short staffed. Drive through lines are always long. I’m a long time customer who will be closing and moving multiple accounts.
A horrific experience. I arrived to the bank at 4:45 and I waited in line for over 20 minutes (only one lane was open) for two cars in front of me. When I finally got up to the window, there was no one at the window. After waiting an additional 5-10 minutes, a teller came and told me they had closed. The teller’s name was Manissa and she was extremely rude and essentially ignored me while I tried to explain that I had been waiting for over 25 minutes. I went and they had no money
Absolutely, hands down, the worst Suntrust branch of all time. Of the three times I have been physically to the branch in the last 6 months - twice the access to inside the branch was closed (including today - sign out front said closed due to emergency - was told by Suntrust when I called that everyone had COVID), and every time you try to use the drive thru, they either have only one lane open - sometimes two and only one person working the drive thru lanes with lines running around to the front of the branch.
