I didn't have an account there but I was cashing a check from there & they charged $8.00 bucks. This is the 1st bank ever in my life to do that. It's ridiculous!
August 24th 4:00 in the afternoon. Pull into the drive-thru at 3:56. One vehicle in front of me. It is now 4:24 and I am still waiting at the drive-thru. I don't know who the manager is but this is a failure of leadership at this branch!
Wanted to open a new account as recent new resident. A relative recommended. Went for 10 am appointment. About a dozen people waiting in lobby, went to teller to check in for appointment. No public restroom. Nature was calling so asked for restroom, teller very irritated but let me in back room and stayed outside door until finished.
