Worst bank in the country! Banked at Suntrust for 20 years and zero issues. Truist customer service is terrible. No one answers the phone. I had to wait over 30 mins to deposit a check because no staff. ATM never works. Bring back suntrust bank!!!
Have to wait to long to get anything done. Truist needs to move on from the 20th century.
The ATM either doesn't have enough cash or doesn't allow for a deposit. You know you have issues with it since I get a refund for every time you force me to use a non Truist for my banking. Can you please get your ATMs working, especially for a deposit. Thank you. Best part I drove to another Truist and same issue. Open more locations. Thank you.

INCOMPETENT in following correct procedures in regard to IRA handling. Employee that was appointed to help blatantly walked out the door and left an hour prior to closing time
