It's not just Truist, but all bank services have declined dealing with customer service.
I can see why the score is a 2.5. I been with Truist before it was Truist. And this Branch is the worst. Never has a banker nor the customer service has ever been so bad. I will recommend to everyone mo e ur money. I will be. To not listen or take accountability for ur own system and what ur people did. Yet u blamed the websites and question what I did.
