I would rate negative stars if allowed. I had fraudulent activity on my business bank account, and have received very little assistance from the local branch and Truist Fraud department. In fact, just today, Truist charged my account, $245 in service fees, from the fraudulent activity, and I am unable to get any assistance to have the service fees removed. They will not answer the phone or return phone calls. Poor business practice model and a very untrustworthy company.
Slow service. Waited 20 minutes to deposit a check. Also, the bank landscaping has not been maintained. Does not look like a bank should. Managers nor anyone in the offices acknowledges customers arrivals. Awful customer service. Does not even compare to the great service I received from BB&t.
I really don’t know where to begin so I’m just gonna start writing. I came into this location on Thursday, July 31, 2025. I was not distraught, but I was kind of upset because I was up there running an errand and I’m not from there and I needed gas and when I went to the gas station, I didn’t have any way to pay for it . so I went into Truist with no ID just my phone And this young gentleman (Tyler Stringer) asked me all the security questions. There were 2 elderly people in the bank at the same time I was there. The two tellers were mocking the elderly, rolling their eyes, and making fun of them directly in front of them. I have never been so ashamed to be a part of a bank. I will be taking my business elsewhere. Very disrespectful and unprofessional.
