Horrible bank they told me checks would clear overnight when I opened my business account. They made me wait seven days for mycheck to clear and couldn't pay my workers on Friday. Put money in my account then removed it causing it to overdraft and cost two fees. Told me money would clear on a certain day never came they said it was still processing causing me to not be able to pay my men again. Needless to say there fired as my bank
Rude tellers, wouldn’t take my ID because it was paper copy even though they used the same ID a week prior. Submitted multiple forms of identification. Still wouldn’t assist me. This is a terrible bank to use and wouldn’t recommend it to anybody.
These guys have taken great care of me. I've been banking here since 2008
Very friendly staff, and the hours of operation are longer than most other Banks around. Would have given them 5 stars but they missed a letter on my last name for the, card/checks. They DID expedite the new corrected checks (next day)& told me the incorrect card could be used until the new one came. Satisfied customer
Been banking here a short time and I couldn't ask for a better bank. Always going up and beyond expectations.
