Going into the bank a pleasure, how ever, talking to someone by phone is a complete nightmare. Phone numbers listed wrong, or disconnected. I'm long time customer and very unhappy I can't call my local banker and speak to person for qustions.
We have been banking with SunTrust/ Truist for about 20+ years. We love this bank and everyone that works there. They are so friendly and helpful!
Closed my account and kept my money. They won’t give me any information. Terrible customer service.
