The Importance of Excellent Customer Service! I had been Banking with Chase Bank for over 12 Years. Needed to obtain a Medallion Signature for a Document for my Mother's Estate. Went to the Chase Branch in Flowery Branch to obtain the Medallion Signature. Manager informed me that since the Estate was not associated with Chase Bank, she would not give me the Medallion Signature. I reminded the Manager that I was a Chase Customer and that both my brothers had obtained their Medallion Signatures at their Banks. She still refuse... read more
They closed my account and they refused to mail me my debit card 🤷♂️ i was furious… i call them about it and they put me on hold. Terrible customer service
