Wow, Mr. Ashley and his team are superb. So attentive and extremely professional and knowledgeable. I am very appreciative. Ashley is definitely heaven sent. I’m just blown away by the service and intentional dedication and delivery. Ashely truly cares about every customer that walks through that door that’s for sure. Which is very rare. Waited over 3 hours in this branch for a wire to go through on Friday. Me and my client wasted our entire day there. Then today, Monday, I was informed that it was never processed. I was scammed by the associate named Jin Park. My client even told me that the bank called (I’m assuming the associate) and informed them to don’t go through with the transaction and that it was cheaper to buy online.
