They stole 40,000 dollars with no explination. I brought in cash. Won't give it back. They acuse me of fraud even though I brought them the check the money came from. Claims I signed paperwork allowing them to take their time to "Investigate" The management claimes they can take my money with no explination. I would not leave the bank without the cash I brought in and they had me trespassed. They are theifs. Now I have bill collectors rightfully asking me to pay but this crooked bank stole my money.
Teresa H. was so very helpful during an extremely stressful time following the death of a parent and all of that comes along with that from a banking perspective. Without going into a lot of detail, I had a complex issue and Teresa was helpful and kept me updated during every step of the process until the banking issue was properly resolved. In addition, whether I called to leave messages for Teresa or went in to the bank to submit required paperwork I was treated with courtesy at every point of contact.
Horrible I sat down no service for 30 minutes after I called in the morning and made a appointment just bad service here so not go to this location
Always short on staff, I think the corporate office dropped the ball on this branch!
For the Christ of God please hire more staff to manage this bank branch this is a branch bank that's on Washington road very high in volume Don't understand why customers is waiting 30 45 minutes and drive-thru in in the inside
