Very disappointed in this suntrust on 12/22/2018. I didnt even want to rate 1 star. Went to deposit check at 11:45pm and was given receipt confirming the check was deposited correctly. Turns out it was not deposited correctly by the teller in the drive through. I have now been on a phone call with a 1800 number for 2 hours trying to fix this problem to be told that it needs to be taken care of at the Hampton location where I made deposit.
